As you can see Google has made a few changes to Gmail recently.
Incoming emails are now being sorted automatically into new inbox tabs: Primary, Social and Promotions. This will allow you to better organize your emails.

To make sure YOURWEBSITE emails go into the Primary tab you just need to update your settings.
