The SendBlaster Survey Results Are In!

We recently conducted a survey aimed at identifying the different SendBlaster users’ profiles, the satisfaction level, and collecting suggestions for improving SendBlaster. Over 1,000 SendBlaster customers from around the world  have taken the time to participate. We are extremely grateful for the strong response! Thank you to everyone who participated: your contribution has been valuable!

Here are a few findings:

• 56% of respondents use SendBlaster to handle up to 4 mailing per month
• 68% send their emails to small lists with less than 5.000 contacts.
• 10% uses SendBlaster “massively” with a monthly average of 50.000 emails sent
• 34% of users had never handled email marketing campaigns before buying SendBlaster
• 50% of users is the owner of the company where he uses SendBlaster
• The average rate of satisfaction equals 3.81 (from a scale of 1 to 5)
